How to Review and Generate Donor Reports

1. Navigate to the Reports Menu
Go to:
Stewardship & Donor Management → Reports → Stewardship Reports



2. Choose Your Report Type

  • Reports with “(All by Code/Household)” – Run for every fund or household at once.

  • Reports without “All by” – Run for a single fund only.

Available Donor Reports:

  • Donor Report – Standard donor report for a single fund.

  • Donor Report (All by Code) – Standard donor report for all funds.

  • Donor Report (All by Household) – Lists donors grouped by household.

  • Endowment Report – Endowment giving detail for a single fund.

  • Endowment Report (All by Code) – Endowment giving detail for all funds.

  • Stewardship Summary – Summary of stewardship activity for a single fund.

  • Stewardship Summary (All by Code) – Summary of stewardship activity for all funds.

  • Stewardship Summary Graph – Visual graph of stewardship activity.

  • Donor Executive Summary – High-level donor summary for a single fund.

  • Donor Executive Summary (All by Code) – High-level donor summary for all funds.


3. Set Your Filters
Select your desired:

  • Fund(s) or household(s)

  • Date range

  • Detail vs Summary / Version

  • Any other applicable filters


4. Run and Output the Report

  • Click Next to generate results.

  • Once generated, you can:

    • Print directly from your web browser

    • Save as a PDF

    • Send to your printer
